How Adeya works

Adeya establishes a secure communication channel between subscribing mobile devices by issuing unique certificates, signed by the secure mobile network itself; secure communication begins only if both (or all) parties are recognized. When calling non-Adeya devices, the call is encrypted between the user and the secure mobile network, then routed on from the network.

Users’ mobile devices communicate exclusively with the secure mobile network, greatly reducing the chance of infection with Trojan horses or other malware.

The decryption of communication and data on each mobile device requires a public key issued by secure mobile network; a lost or stolen device is therefore useless for secure communication and any data in its memory is unreadable.

Adeya encryption extends to voice calls, SMS, e-mails, address books and any other data on the device.

For additional peace of mind, Adeya’s solution can allow users to access their confidential information remotely: all sensitive data is erased from the mobile device and stored within the secure network, providing security and confidentiality without compromising mobility.

Finally, for applications requiring exceptional levels of security, Adeya offers authorized users levels of encryption up to strongest available method: using a unique randomly generated key from a physical random-generator to encode each bit of data – the theoretical limit of secrecy.
